What are Exadel Communities?

These are informal groups of Exadel team members united around shared professional interests and expertise. The participants regularly come together to share updates on the latest technologies and solutions, discuss practical tasks, and receive professional support – whether officially or in a lean coffee format.

In total, we have 19 international online communities accessible to every Exadeller, regardless of office, location, or project involvement. Each community is dedicated to a specific direction or department. Some communities have global (online format) and local (offline format) branches, such as the Wroclaw JS, Bialystok Java, Gdansk Java communities, and the Warsaw DevOps community. Every year, Exadel Communities organizes 100+ meetups and other events, providing the perfect opportunity to enhance knowledge and expand the professional network.
