For me, the key is effective communication, especially when working remotely. Encouraging open dialogue and fostering transparency can bridge geographical gaps and cultivate a sense of unity. It’s vital to embrace diversity, inclusivity, and respect for cultural differences. Adjusting management methods to suit different working styles is also crucial for building a united international corporate culture.
